TRANSPORT

This is a Google UX design certificate project created for a fictional music venue native mobile app. The Transport app design was created with a focus on a shopping flow for users to purchase event tickets and venue merchandise. In addition to designing the mobile app, I also conducted user research, and created wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Key challenges I faced while creating this project were researching and designing the easiest way for users of a music venue app to purchase tickets and venue merchandise through a native mobile app. Research studies indicated that users wanted to easily be able to search for events and for the app to store their preferences so they can have an individual experience.
